Seth spotted this vintage club jacket once owned by Adeta Edwards.
“Women 4 wheel drive club or Arizona wind breaker jacket size medium with jeep, Arizona state association of 4 wheel drive clubs, US flag and two for four rally white tanks patches. The jacket has Adeta Edwards name on it (see photos)”
Alex shared this photo taken on the atoll of Tureia (Tuamotu archipelago) in 1966 during the French nuclear tests south of Tahiti. It’a Hotchkiss Willys M201.

This 1955 Toledo Blade article shares the news that jeeps were being sent to Mexico to fight Malaria. Looks like that’s a CJ-3B.
This jeep simulates a tear gas attack.
“1942- Officers and men at Geiger Field are taught to be on the alert for a gas attack at any time. This modified Willys jeep appears at unexpected places and sends out a charge of tear gas from the ingenious device attached to the muffler.”
