This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This February 1955 article highlights how quickly Willys Motors shifted from a jeep and car company to more of a jeep company, chopping the number of automobiles it was selling from 10 in 1954 to only 3 in 1955. According to the article, Wills Motors also appeared most focused on the new CJ-5.

I’m not very familiar with these Jeep Service and Parts news brochures and booklets and don’t know if they are worth the asking prices. Here’s some that I found on eBay.
The green jeep-like model below looks like it could have been modeled after the white Fiat Campagnola that is also shown below like the white model shown at the bottom. The green one might be home-made, as the front bumper is not centered. If it was near me, I’d buy it.

(01/17/2020) Has a few updates, but a lot of stock DJ-3A Convertible, including the rare air filter. Note also the Kaiser speedometer (has a big K on it, but I don’t know what model used it). It doesn’t look all that bad (better than a new speedo would).
