This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This Jeep has been sitting in a pasture for 20 years. Prior to that it was used for farm work since the 1960s. It ran when it was parked, but obviously after 20 years it no longer runs. Lots of rust, but lots of history.”

(11/15/2018) This is a former Melha Shrine Circus jeep. The seller calls it a 1947 in a video, but correctly notes it is a 1948 in the ad.

“46 Willys CJ2A. Old jeep been on the farm for 60 years I know of, needs some metalwork, but all there. Run, drives and stops. Recent work: New tune up. All lights work. 4 new jeep tires and 2 new rims(old wheels and tires in pictures), all new brakes(front axle has been converted to disc with new bearings). I have done the legwork, has a clear TX title and antique tags, needs no safety inspection. Drive it home or bring a trailer.
Price is FIRM, this ain’t Uncle Bud’s used car lot. Great for the beer lease or to restore.”
I’d won this a few years ago on eBay, but never got this posted. The scans are not the best, but I’ll have to wait until later to redo them.
