This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It’s a left-handed DJ-5, so probably wasn’t used for mail delivery.
“Vintage 1971 Jeep DJ5. In great condition. Rebuilt transmission. Nice new paint job. Runs good. New tires. All New lights. New mirrors. New window rubber all the way around. Have clean title.”

Not all original, but could be good for the price.
“This 1946 Jeep is all original / older restoration / receipts of replaced parts / clear title / needs a new head gasket / have replacement copper head gasket / roll bar / new canvas top / garage kept. It is a solid vehicle.”

This has had lots of custom work. The grille has been pushed forward, so the fenders and hood (Bobcat fiberglass) don’t meet at the grille.
“Trail ready flatfender. 289 mustang V8 with racing goodies. Spicer 18T-case. T-18 truck trans. Power steering. Lockers, Dana 44s, warn gear drive winch, YJ springs ride real nice. Full cage. Disc brakes all around. It’s nice , but not too nice to have fun with. Low gears so no highways, I think 5:38. I want to start another project.”

(03/25/2017) “Up for sale is a modified rock crawling Willys, cj2a.
This particular willys has been featured in 4WD magazine in the past, (when it was yellow), and has some modifications. Runs well, and has clean California title.

5.5″ can (and has) handle 40″ tires.

“have a best top that fits willys mb and possably cj2a. brand new ,never installed.top is in perfect new cond. windows are new and clear. been stored in factory box . bought new years ago.,complete with mounting hardware. tag says fit 41 to 45 mb. new bestop tiger tops say fit 41 to 45 mb and cj2a. not sure if this will fit 2a. can take measurements. “Willys Jeep antique tow truck. Starts and runs but needs brake work. Has Willys Super Hurricane 6 engine, dual Warn power take off, push bumper on front with front power take off winch, and wrecker unit in bed with power take off winch mounted on it. This truck was purchased new by a Wichita service station owner. I believe all the accessories were ordered out of the Willys accessory book through the dealer. Jeep was stripped, sandblasted, and primed about 10 years ago, but never finished. Just needs a little TLC to be a unique truck.”
