Its Fully regd.. and clean title and in my name…
I have matching #’s motor with gpw markings.. i also have a gpw marked f tcase.. and most of the parts to put this project together. It’s straight and will be a fun project worth 20k plus when done. Bc the #’s match everywhere.. thr motor to the frame to the id tag..

Anyone know of a Farnsworth Middlekauff Generator for sale? They were made at least from the late ’40s into the mid 1950s.  I have a potential buyer who wants to put one into service. eMail me if you do and I’ll explain more.

Also, anyone seen any creative setups for running other PTO generators in a CJ-3A or CJ-3B jeep?

“Here’s something one won’t see on eBay every day…….This is a custom-made wooden roof assembly that fits a Willys CJ2-A civilian jeep of the immediate post-WW2 era. The story I have heard most of my life is that a neighbor of ours purchased a new 1948 CJ2-A and, after a few years, wanted something more stylish than the canvass top that had come with it. He commissioned a local furniture-maker, whose name is long lost to the ages, to design and construct this wooden “station wagon”-like roof assembly.

My late father bought the jeep with both tops in 1968 and stored the wooden roof on the second floor of his garage for many years. Around 1980 he sold the jeep, but he kept the wooden top. Fast forward to approx 2000, when I bought a haggard CJ2-A from a co-worker. Since it had no roof, installed the wooden one. The pictures seen with this auction show the wooden roof still perched on my red Jeep. It is possible this roof may fit the CJ3A with flathead engine and maybe even a WW2 military jeep, but I have NO experience with either model and can only say for certain that it will fit a CJ2-A…… Continue reading →

“Selling my 1956 Willys Pickup. Powered by 231 Buick V6, 3 speed with Borg Warner overdrive. Runs well. Has new aluminum radiator, water pump, t-stat, Willys America brakes parts (hoses, shoes, cylinders) new brake lines, dual master from Herm the overdrive guy. Superior Clutch relined clutch and rebuilt the pressure plate, new t/o bearing, new u-joints. New front 8 leaf springs by Crown Products. I opted from softer front springs instead of the 10 leaf. I also removed 3 leaves from the rear springs. New bushings in the springs. Larger tires for better cruising. New speedo of which I’ve driven 400 miles since installing. I’ve owned this truck for 7 years and time for me to pass it on to a new owner. Does it need work? Of course. Restore or just drive it as is, it has great patina. It’s made several trips to Willys America. I’ve got a few spares to go with it including a nice stock recovered bench seat to go with it. $4600 and drive it home with your name on the pink slip.”
