Christian and his group of jeep enthusiasts gathered together once again. He reports they had fun, despite some heavy rain. Joining them was a couple from the UK, James and Annie, who are traveling around Europe in their Willys MB. I’m hoping to find out if James and Annie are reporting on their adventure online.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6000.
As Andy points out, it appears to have a CJ-3A chassis.
“For sale is a 1945 Willys MB Jeep. It has the period correct Go-Devil engine stamped MB-396861, placard serial 258532. Odo reads 7897 miles. Body is in good shape, it is painted metallic blue mostly, with some painted primer white due to a small body repair. The jeep will start, run, and drive, but has starting issues once it is warmed up. Currently registered as a non-op, has historical plates and I’ve got the title in hand.
This would be a great ranch cruiser with a little work, or the beginning of a full military restoration. Please email with interest. Thanks, Josh”

Art spotted this almost stock M-38 with a Stewart Warner heater.
1950 Willys M38 Model MC Arctic Jeep 4 X 4. Serial # MC 30993. Mileage reads 68,059. Powered by the original 4 cylinder Go Devil engine. 3 speed manual transmission with 2 speed transfer case and locking hubs. This is an actual Military issue Arctic model Jeep with the rear body reinforcement panels. The top and doors are removable and the heater can be run without starting the Jeep (heater has not been tested but is reported to be working). This Jeep starts easily and runs good, the transmission works as it should.
The Willy’s M38 Jeeps were only built from 1949 to 1952 and this is a nice example of a Korea War vintage Jeep with an unusual Arctic service upgrade. To watch the video.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
Has diesel engine and aluminum body.
“1953 Jeep with an aluminum body. Dash and grill are original. Clutch and transition are new. This jeep will climb a wall with its 4 cylinder turbo diesel. Needs some TLC but its a blast to drive. includes a winch and snowplow.
I am sorry I had many calls and I dropped my phone in the lake Tuesday. If you are still interested please call.”
