This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Glenn shared this jeep with a VEC CJ-2A body. Note the frame is described as “perfect” even though it appears modified at the front frame rails and, I suspect as a cheap lift, the rear spring hanger on the front springs has been modified.

This early 1963 CJ-3B is worth a look.
“1963 Jeep Willys CJ3b in great unrestored condition. it has 33k box-A odometer miles on the title. Very solid and dry Arizona Jeep. It fires right up and runs fantastic. It has a freshly re-cored original radiator that kept the jeep cool in the 108 degree weather last offroading session. Military style tires are less than a year old, new battery, freshly rebuild starter and generator, new clutch master and brake master, and a new remote control front winch. It also has a new gauge cluster, bikini top, and front mounted towbar to hook up and flat tow anywhere. It comes with extra parts such as the side-mounted tire carrier and spare original rim, the original gauge cluster, and a few engine parts. Awesome little CJ-3B that is very reliable and great offroad. Clean AZ title in my name notarized and ready to go”
This CJ-5 is listed as a 1958, but it has the KS 0-8 speedo along with reversed front springs. So, it is likely a 1956 model. It spent much of its life in the military.

“Posting our 1958 Cj-5 jeep for sale
Former Travis Air Force Base flight line jeep transferred to U.S. Army at some point in its life.
This jeep is an excellent farm vehicle and runs like a swiss watch. It has been recently converted to 12 volt and the F134 engine runs strong with good oil pressure and stays cool even lugging around on hot days.
The soft top doesn’t have any tears and is removable.
4×4 works good, and the manual transmission shifts well.
We have used this jeep on our farm for a while and it is time to let it go to a new home.
This jeep has the typical jeep quirks, and it obviously isn’t a brand new vehicle, so it will have its issues here and there.
