This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This 1953 Willys Jeep is a blast from the past, and it is a great package deal with a 1955 parts car. What a fun project for any car enthusiast, or creative soul. The bed has some rust issues but the parts car has a great bed. It has definite character, it could be a great restoration project or a rat rod classic, so many possibilities.”

“55 willys wagon. 351w v8 runs good. Three speed manual,original transmission. All new suspension,dual exhaust and tires. Some interior work done have more parts to go on it. No heater still could use TLC. Transfer case does have small leak some brake work. Neat town driver or off road.”
This CJ-5 has a “panic button” installed on the dash. But, what really caught my eye, was the unusual bumper. Dualmatic made bumpers at one point. I wonder if this was one model?

This has an early 2A tag. Unclear how much early 2A is still here, but it does have an early windshield.

Frame is solid! Dana 25 front and Dana 41 rear axles both spin, along with drive shafts. Transfer case shifts (front axle can engage), but needs a rebuild. Original engine seized, transmission doesn’t shift.
Frame was modified for an attachment like a plow at some point.

Includes Dana axles, driveshafts, everything pictured. Will also include everything that came off the engine (generator, fan, water pump, head, etc).”

“I have decided to let go of my rare M170 Willys Front Line Ambulance. This vehicle is in very good condition and has undergone a comprehensive refreshment with new wiring, a rebuilt engine, new hoses, clamps and fluids, a new top and canvas cushions and it comes with an in-and-out military snorkel kit and a folding stretcher.
The vehicle operates on a 24 volt system with new, twin in-line batteries as well as high and low positons for four wheel drive when taken out of two wheel drive for the pavement. Starts, runs, shifts and stops, just like it should. Note that this vehicle will top out at 50 mph, so it is not meant for the highway.
There are a few minor items that need attention such as fixing the gas gauge and oil temp gauge and possibly replacing the steering wheel (have the correct new one) if desired. Most anything is available through online suppliers. Also, the full enclosure and doors are available as well ($4,500).
