This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. It’s a one page ad from a magazine, but it contains a couple photos of the rare Australian Jeep Sportster (more about them and the Combat here).

“This is an original A4 size advertisement for the 1968 Kaiser Willys Jeep Sportster. Advertisement is in good condition for it’s age. Advert measures 28 x 20cm or 11 x 8in. All advertisements are mailed in clear plastic slip with cardboard backing for protection. Please email me if you have any questions. Will post overseas.”
This 1957 French-Canadian ad for the Forward Control Jeep was published in August. The magazine is unknown.

This militarized CJ-2A includes an M-416 trailer as James notes in his comment, not an M-100.
“This is located in Renton Washington. Price on this is very firm this includes the M- 100 mule trailer and a lot of military accessories. It is a great buy at this price and will be firm. I will not be answering any questions on this post as all will be directed to Scott (the owner)”

UPDATE: Jay notes this has a Pinto engine.
The lack of a script tailgate and hood, the driver’s side custom gas inlet hole, the dash with the glove box, and the M-38-like grill are all hints that this may be a replacement body and front-clip.
