This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1961 Jeep Willys CJ-3B in excellent condition with only 13,600 actual miles. Original flat fender with Koenig factory wench. Original Hurricane 4 cyl engine, starts and runs great. There are only a couple of rust spots on the Jeep, no rust in floor or in toolbox. Comes with a Army trailer painted to match, also includes the original tires and wheels. I only used in parades and has not been off road.”

Not running. Has a flathead.
“1954 Jeep willys in good condition. Was running last summer but has not been started since. Has the four cylinder Go-Devil engine. Jeep is very solid and no rust. The title is clean and the tag is up to date. Just needs someones TLC to get it into fine condition. Transmission and rear end also work very well. Hitch has been modified (see the pics). Would make someone a good Jeep at $1995.”

(07/28/2014) “I have a 1958 High Hood 4 Willys Jeep that has (PTO) Power take off. It has a 4 cyl engine that needs an overhaul. Body is in great shape. It is orange with a black bikini top.
The engine does dot run, just needs an overhaul. I have the bill of sale but no title. you can go to the DMV with the Vin number and get a new title. Would make a great farm truck or could just be used for parts to fix up another 1958 Willys Jeep. “

Here’s an unusual mailer for the Mitsubishi jeeps.
“Original part color folder , 8.5 x 4 folded , 8.5 x 12 unfolded , has many pieces of tape at tears at folds , has some small tears at the edges , has a rub mark with paper loss on the cover in an area about 1 x 1 inch.”

Lots of modifications on this unusually stretched CJ-3B.
“This machine is 100% Solid Steel. No bondo, no fiberglass. Built in Colorado by professional machine shop at a cost of $14k. Receipts can be provided. V8 350 Good Wrench motor with less than 1000 miles on it. 4wd, 2 seater and Dual exhaust. This thing can rumble. Brand new tires, transmission, power breaks, and headers. This ride is great but I need the money for the holidays. Received offers to sell locally. There is no reserve on this listing so it will sell. I was burned the last time I listed this so No paypal.”

A running project.
“1964 CJ3B runs and drives. Clean title. It’s a running project that still has a ways to go. I have no time to finish and it’s been sitting for several months. Some new parts and shade tree body work. Body does have rust and was in rough shape in the rear. Pans are solid and have been painted with POR 15 top coated with spray in bed liner paint. Lights are all disconnected.”
