This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Spring is here and a lot of us are getting our projects out and about.
There are so many great Willys / Jeep vendors that support our community I would like to share a few to put them back at the top of the list.
Barney has a lot of Jeep parts listed up on eBay some really great stuff. Please head over to their page and look around I’m sure you will find something you could use for your project. “Offered here for sale is most probably the nicest, most original 1978 Jeep CJ7 there is. What is seen in the photographs is all original except for tires and steps. Body, paint wheels, all the chrome and the Warn #8274, 8,000 pound electric winch are all original. There is no detectable rust on/in the body. Inside, the originality continues with seats, dashboard, floor lining and mats. It has a four speed transmission with extremely low first gear. It has 57,413 original miles on it. The engine is the original 258 cubic inch 6 cylinder Jeep motor.
This Jeep has been a “show” Jeep and “garage queen” almost all its life. I’m the third owner as far as I know. The previous owner never had it off pavement. I’ve had it off pavement three times, gently. Flawless performance. It has never been allowed to be stored out of doors. Always garaged. Continue reading

(10/02/2023) The seller indicates this was built on a “1964 CJ-7 frame”, which must be a misprint because CJ-7s weren’t introduced until 1976.
