This 1950 Willy’s Jeep Pickup is in the Nevada Desert waiting for someone to buy it. It’s a fine piece of history waiting for a new life.
It comes with the following:
Engine is a Go Devil 134,
The transmission is a T-90,
T-case is a Dana / Spicer,
Front axle is a Dana / Spicer 25,
Rear Axle is a Timken 51510,
This pickup is just waiting for you to restore or ????

“1948 WILLYS JEEP PICKUP, THIS IS A GREAT WORK TRUCK. 6 CYL 226 HURRICANE, FLAT HEAD. THE DRIVE LINE HAS 35000 MILES ON IT. THE ENGINE RUNS GREAT. THE ENGINE HAS BEEN TUNED UP, WATER PUMP HAS BEEN REPLACED. THE ENGINE DOES NOT SMOKE OR USE OIL, OR LOOSE WATER. TRANSMISSION IS A THREE SPEED MANUEL. TRANSFER CASE IS A HIGH LOW RANGE. THE TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFER CASE SHIFT AND DRIVES WELL IN ALL GEARS.
THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS ARE IN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER IS NEW AND ALL THE BRAKES ARE IN GREAT CONDITION. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS 12 VOLT. THE BATTERY IS NEW; THE CHARGING SYSTEM IS A GENERATOR. ALL OF THE LIGHTS WORK. THE STEERING LINKAGE IS TIGHT AND DOES NOT NEED ANY REPAIR. A GREAT FEATURE OF THIS TRUCK IS THAT IT HAS A FLAT BED DUMP BODY. IT HAS A VERY LARGE PISTON; THERE ARE NO LEAKS AND WORKS VERY WELL. THE FRAME IS IN GREAT CONDITION, THERE IS NO RUST OR ROT. (02/14/2016) It’s not much to look at, but it runs, has a snow plow, and has a dump bed.
“This truck needs a lot of repairs a nd some TLC. The clutch needs replacing. It has rust. It does run but needs tuning. The truck is equipped with a factory snow plow and a dump box. 6 cylinder Flat Head engine. Not sure of the year.”

Craig spotted this one. The seller indicates this was an “old train” truck. Maybe this has remnants of a Hy-Rail system on it?

“I have a mid 50’s willys pickup truck for sale. Its a 4wd, manual transmission, Super Hurricane 6 truck. Everything is there a little rough shape. It would make a good rat rod style truck. I do not have a title but can give some information on how to get one. Just looking to get rid of it because I have too many projects and decided it would be too long before I can get to this one.”

(05/23/20160 The truck has a variety of mods. The seller warns a buyer may need to do some work.
“This is a 1963 Willys Pickup.
I consider it to be very good for a truck over half a century old.
It has a 1995 Ford driveline connecting to a Lincoln 9″ rear end.
4 wheel power disc brakes
Independent front suspension
Power rack and pinion steering
Aluminum radiator
Automatic transmission
4.0 Ford V6 engine
Solid oak pickup bed
The original gauges are not connected.
Is a real head turner, would be more so with proper paint and body work.
I use regularly for hauling firewood, building materials etc.
