UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
“This is a very neat truck. The first year for the Willys jeep truck production was 1947, This truck was the 972 willys truck ever built out of only appx 2600 .. Its a 2 T model. 2 wd. With the rare Column shift transmission. Flat head 4cyl motor. It is in remarkable condition for its age. These are prone to rust and this one is very solid !!!
I purchased this truck at the Iola vintage car show. My son and I have taken it to some shows, driven it around town and had fun with it. Now we want to buy a muscle car . These trucks as well as any old car are prone to rust, What impressed me the most about this truck was how solid the body was. This willys has never had the floors patched !!! Even the nicest old cars ive seen have had the front floors patched. This jeep has the orig floors. very nice body mounts underneath. orig Willys rocker panels, Nice door bottoms. Orig steel front and rear fenders. No rust in bed floor. The only body damage is on the tailgate, which is dented in the middle. They do sell new ones. I dont know how old the paint job is. Not a show job, but shines nice. Has some scratchs here and there. Wheels have been repainted, Tires are old, It think the spare is the orig 1947 tire !!! The interior has a new headliner. Orig cover on the upper seat back, and recovered lower seat, Orig steering wheel, The wipers dont work. Doors open and shut great. Lights all work great”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
“Excellent Willys Jeep with Rear PTO Belt Drive thing for farm work! Just the Complete PTO setup is worth $2500 So I am tossing the rest in for free!!! As you can see it has been modified over the years. Looks like a willys truck nose, a Vauxall car cab, and a custom metal bed for cord wood. The only jeep stuff that looks original: PTO stuff, Frame, axels, engine, transmission. missing radiator. I don’t want to part it out, that way somebody can mod their jeep with these parts and convert theirs over to a AG Jeep. Engine looks complete with distributor, starter, and carb. I haven’t tried cleaning anything or try to turn anything over (The guy from Pawn Stars told me not to). ”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $800

Sunglasses required to look at this truck! It’s a bright one. I can appreciate a seller telling it like it is. The seller did the painting and notes “I did the painting, there is no bondo under the paint. Sorry the paint is not great.”
“1955 Willys Jeep pickup, This is a pretty straight pickup. The paint is bright, but rough. Someone put a 351-C6 in this pickup, but did a lousy job. They butchered the firewall and front differential pinion shaft. It is in there and seems to run good. Please ask questions ahead of time, I will do my best to answer them, i will also try to get you any photos you want, feel free to ask.”

Jalopy Journal has a short thread with a variety of pics. The wagon that caught my eye is shown below, a creatively constructed ‘party wagon’. I love it! There’s a few more pics of this at the website.
