This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Not exactly a ‘combat jeep’, but interesting none-the-less. The serial number looks to be 14093 (not positive about the 3 though).
“rare VEC combat jeep converted after the war by willys for civilian use. ran great last summer has a dead battery might need a starter rebuild. no tub rust except one spot on the passenger step. 3 brand new jeep tires included. ($600 value)”

Heres the scoop: My father was a Vet and restored Willys. He sold his restored jeeps for $20-$22k.
He started working on this Willy but he passed away suddenly and never completely restored this Jeep.
It is running, has a clean title…You can come by to see it and start it up if you are interested.
