“1942 GPW, the Ford license-produced Willys MB of WWII. As you can see, this GPW is well-restored but the work is about 13 years old. It has been well-stored and used monthly for re-enactments and living history events. The restoration was frame-off. Engine idles smoothly and maintains 30 lbs oil pressure. The jeep drives very nice. Frame and original data plate match title, but the engine is a later war GPW serial number. There is some minor corrosion around various parts/pieces which is visible in photographs. Mileage is an estimate. There are a number of extra items that come with the jeep, parts and accessories, and we will show those to prospective buyers when meeting.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2400.
This could be worth a look. The drain holes appear filled.
“1961 WILLYS CJ3B (high hood)
4 cyl F-head, 3-speed, 4×4, drivetrain appears to be in good condition.
THIS WILLYS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK
Does run and drive, but has no brakes.
Tires are great and has newer rear leaf springs.
I bought it for the metal top.
PLEASE don’t text me with a 1000 questions, if your interested come look.
