This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1949 Willys Overland (Jeep) pickup. Sold in 1950 as a 1950 model year. Runs and drives beautifully. Everything original except portions of the interior. No rust other than light surface on frame. Always garaged and driven a few miles a year when the weather is nice to keep fluids moving. 4wd with 2 speed transfer case, go-devil 4 cylinder. Inherited from my dad so I don’t know a ton about it but I’ll do my best to answer questions. Had to put in a price for the listing but Best Offer gets it.”

This appears to be a wagon with the back chopped and a canopy added to it. Thanks to John for spotting this oddity. Listed as a ’46, given the grill and speedometer, I’d guess this is a late ’56.
