This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Runs like a new jeep. the previous owner rebuilt/ changed the engine.
I bought it as a project car but have no time to finish it. it only needs paint and upholstery.

“Jeep m38 this is the military version of the cj3a. Good for parts, restoring or crawler project. No engine, transmission, t case and drivetrain are there, looks like the transmission has a belhousing adapter for maybe a ford v8. No paperwork, currently out of dmv system. Bought as a project years ago and it has sit in my garage as I don’t have the time to fix it up. Not willing to part out, must take all. All the parts I have are what’s shown.
