This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have for sale a 1947 CJ2A, Vin 201566. I have many spare parts to go along with the vehicle. I was going to restore it, but my vw vanagon blew a headgasket when my wife and I were heading to Kansas City. Needless to say, the vanagon needs a new engine not including the labor involved. The 47 body wise is in good shape. There are a few spots here and there. I have owned it for a couple of years and it runs excellent. I have a complete brand new suspension kit for it.
