“Stock 1967 CJ-6, stock 134 motor and driveline. Ran when I parked it (5 yrs ago) but now has no compression in 2 cyl…maybe valves hung up? Didn’t try much to start it yet? Body is heavily rusted…hood, windshield good. ”
The renegade package would have had a V-6 first and foremost….And I believe the first year it was offered was 1970 with the Renegade I, 71 models were REnegade II’s, and subsequent long fender 72+ were just “Renegade”.
Also the decals would have continued onto the cowl……so…..To answer your question…..I doubt the hood is original to this particular CJ-6…However..I wouldn’t be suprised to find a CJ-6 Renegade….
