This has Allsltate or Husky hubs. Look like it went through an older refurb at some point.

“1953 Willys Pickup, model 453-FC2-14676; 4WD; F134 overhead valve engine. Shedded for the last 20 years. Good Minnesota title. Excellent engine and body with very little rust. Doesn’t smoke. Sat for three years and started right up recently running on a two gallon gas tank. Idles great, excellent oil pressure at idle, and compression test done by mechanic after about 5 minutes running had excellent readings: #1- 105, #2- 108, #3-109, #4-111. Odometer says 65,641 (not sure if accurate). Engine work done prior to current owner of 13 years is not known, but the oil pressure, and compression test and engine paint shows significant work completed. Some work done on seat, rear bed, instruments and engine. Generator works, working temp and oil pressure gauges. New battery.

Currently not road-worthy due to leaky brake cylinder but with some brake work, a new fuel pump and gas tank cleaning, this truck would be road worthy. Driven about 20 miles three years ago with no problems except for the leaky brake cylinder. Needs to be trailered since the brake cylinder leaks.

There is a short video of the truck on YouTube:

Reason to sell… getting old! Don’t need the money so we won’t accept any “low ball” offers.”

I wonder if this could be the same Willys my uncle (Brent Phillips) owned. He and my Aunt Alice lived in that area (Gull Lake). It was not this nice looking when I rode in it in the 70s. My uncle had personally built the wood stake bed, although I thought he used larger dimension lumber under the bed… always wondered what ever happened to his beloved Jeep.
