Cool, but looks “enhanced”, as if the windshield and hood were outlined.
…and they didn’t even have Photoshop in 1943 😉
They might not have had photoshop, but they did have some tricks for improving photos.
It really does look like the Jeep has been added to the photo. The right front wheel appears to hover over the ground to me.
