“Pretty neat CJ-2A Willy’s Jeep. I get into a conversation every time I drive it. I wanted to keep the Patina look but clean up the inside along with reliability with this truck. Registered as a 1949 Cj-2A Jeep Willy’s. I have a transferable registration. There is no title but I have a NYS transferable registration. This has been a joy to own and drive. Has a few thousand $ in new parts. (Have most of the receipts) All fluids changed within 4 months. Diff, trans, engine, coolant, transfer. All new wiring around, starter, battery, headlights, blinkers, tail lights, etc. carb adjustment, Bell crank rebuild. 140 thermometer, Newer shock’s, fuel lines. More and more parts to add. Could use a new fly wheel gear/ brake work.. Comes with a bin of old and new parts. This has the Kaiser supersonic engine and head. Body is alright. Some patches on it. 3 speed. 4cyl Jeep. Has been a fun summer with it. Let me know of any questions. Let’s make something work. Not to interested in trades.”

“1948 Willys CJ2A with GM Iron Duke engine. Has a welded in roll bar, power steering. Body is in great shape. Does not run and has no title. Was set up for trails but is street legal. Bought for parts, but is too nice to strip down.”

“WWhy buy a side-by-side when you can have a street legal Jeep? Mechanically this jeep has been rebuilt. Jeep runs and drives excellent. Clean Iowa title.

Below is a partial list of every thing done.
– Engine rebuilt including machining of the block. Rotating assembly machined or replaced. New cam, pistons Etc.
– All new cooling system including water pump and radiator.
-New clutch and flywheel was surfaced.
-Complete new brake system
-All new Walcks wiring harness. All lights converted to LED. 12V system. GM alternator and keyed start with Ford relay.
-Ignition up graded to Pertronix with new coil. New wires and plugs
-Transmission rebuilt. Replaced gears that were damaged. New synchronizers.
-Transfer case rebuilt. Parking brake rebuilt, friction replaced.
-New seat wood, foam, and covers. Also installed seat warmers. New rugged ridge rear seat.
-New Springs, bushings, links, and shocks.
-New Joint’s in all shafts front axle shaft”
