“i have as is 1944 willys jeep was a running jeep but now needs a cluch moter rebilt not to long ago”
What is that on the front bumper? A plow attachment?
“I am selling my willys ww2 mb. I don’t know the exact year, but I believe it to be between 43-45. It is certainly military. It has the shovel and axe grooves on the side. It also still has one of it’s black out drive lights in the front. It also has the machine gun mount plate attached to the frame, but it does not have the holes through the body. I am not sure if they were bondo’d over or what. The body is in pretty good shape. There are a couple rust through holes in between the two seats, but that is the worst of it. Original gas tank. The windshield is not original to the jeep. I have the original one with the gun mount brackets, but it has been modified slightly. Buyer can choose which one he wants. The jeep runs, but could use a carb job. I have taken it out driving in W. Texas and had no problems. I installed new plugs/wires, coil, battery, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and some used seat cushions. It has a correct transmission and the engine has a serial number on it above the water pump. Email for more pictures. There are no data plates. Please feel free to ask questions. I am fairly stuck on my price, but I am open to offers. The worst I can say is F@#* OFF. ha. Seriously though…. Money talks. 832-6four6-0347”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
(04/06/2011) This owner is selling to pay for school. To be blunt, if you read the description, you’ll agree that’s a good idea.
“i have a 1943 WW11 jeep willys for sale. iv rebilt it frum the ground up frum the body and the hole power train all rebilt. but over the time i was driving it around the house the water pump went out and it cracked the head but i put a new water pump on it all it needs is a new head. the moter runs amazeing and it off roads grat every thing works but it needs the brakes bled. it even has a 50cal bulit hole that i didnt fill in with my welder. and i have uther parts like, a nuther moter and tranz and t cace, two genaraters, carb, bellhouseing, frunt and rear drive shafts, engein block, and a rear diff with leaf springs. im saleing it cuz i need the mouney for school so i would like 4500 but im open for outher off’rs.”
Unfortunately, the back was cut out.
“1942 Jeep Willy’s. All original except for the tires. The odometer reads 51,000 miles. This is a restoration project, but well worth it. Last time it was started it ran, and was driveable, but we have lost the key. There is no title for it, but that can be gained by turning in the plates for 30 days. Will need to be towed away. Exterior is in fair shape. Some rust, but no holes. The hinge for the hood needs to be fixed. Any questions feel free to email. Already have a lot of people interested, but I am going to take the best offer.”
UPDATE: The price reached $75,000, but did not reach the reserve.
“The collection is in Europe, Switzerland; i sell only the complete collection!!!!”
