“I am selling my 1946 Willys CJ2A jeep. Completely redone so all you have to do is drive and enjoy. Jeep has seat belts and a Bimini top. This jeep is fun, fun, fun and won’t last long. Best way to contact me is call me at 502 297-3048 or email.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $8500
This looks in good shape. The pics show a battery missing.
“Comes with a bunch of accessories bought over the years at the Hershey swap meet and various other place. The engine has been completely rebuilt by the owner (among other things), who happens to rebuild engines for a living so you know it’s been done right. It’s been garaged for many years and has had a recent paint job, though there are some spots places where retouching might be required. It runs and can be demonstrated that it drives fine.”
The seller believes the jeep with the hardtop is a MB, but I don’t see it.
“I have 2 willys jeeps, one is a 1946 cj2a willys with a 225 dauntless v-6 out of a newer cj5, needs to be restored, the other is a 1945 mb willys, came from Colorado and has original steel hardtop made by Rawson-Koenig, heater and a original engine that has been in pieces for a lot of years. It is in better shape than the other, the orange one is the 1945 and the red is the 1946.. Interested in all offers.. Please e-mail me with any questions thanks

I like the license plate: “R OLD42”

UPDATE: Was on eBay. **SOLD**
There is some value here.
“For sale is a 1954 Willys Jeep. Clear title. It is in pieces meant as a family project car which didn’t happen. Original engine has been rebuilt. Transmission, transfer case, drive line, axils, hubs are all original. There is a new hood but the original one is also available. The body is straight and has minor dings. The jeep has been indoors out of the weather for years and has no rust spots through the body.”
This sounds worth a look. No pics provided.

“I have a 1963 Jeep CJ-6. It needs to be restored, frame in good shape body needs some fixing.
The good news is it is mostly there comes with a hard top and hard doors. I have the title to it and needs someone with time and energy to get it up and running.
You can contact me my email or by phone. My phone number is 910-9Eight8-3Three7seven
It is located in Waxhaw NC”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1650.
“Runs pretty good, carb runs rich sometimes but not always. Needs the clutch worked on, it’s has no more adjustment left. Drives good and 4 wheel works. Modified for hunting or ranch work not to restore, there’s been a lot of work done to build it as a hunting rig so the purist wouldn’t want it. It has a Hurricane F-161 from a willys wagon put into it so it has lots of torque. The brakes work great, the lights work, it just needs seat pads and the clutch fixed to start using it. There are no major rust issues other than a couple of spots in the floor under the seats. Not a structure issue. The gas tank is rusted out so I use a gas can with a hose in it. Small tanks are available, the stock style replacements cost too much. It comes with a bill of sale only, DMV can’t find it in the system. More on Craigslist”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6000.
(03/16/2013) The step area looks patched. The trailer appears in nice shape.

Marc spotted Bruce’s Surrey website. It’s a great place for surfing and learning more about this rare jeep!
What’s strange about this 1946 article is that it doesn’t show an ‘Army Jeep’. It shows an early CJ-2A. Anyone know where this article appeared?
“1946 How to Fix a Former ARMY JEEP
5-page Post-war Article
w/exploded views of front axle & transfer case
Description, shipping details”
What’s on the front of this? Or, is that some type of funky grille?
This picture appeared in the May 9, 1958, edition of the Baltimore Sun. The horse’s named was Belle Jeep. She never race, but her son, Jewel’s Reward, became the leading money-winning juvenile of all time (at the print of the article anyway).
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2800.
This sounds like it is worth a look.
“I have a 1957 Willys jeep, runs and drives good. It has the original hurricane 6cyl motor. All 6 volt have some new parts (shown in pic). It ha been sitting in a heated garage for the past 5 years.”

Looks like a nice truck, but the year listed is likely incorrect.
