UPDATE: **Sold**
I have this chrome scattershield I doubt I’ll be using. There weren’t many made, so it is an unusual piece.
UPDATE: This has sold. Was listed at $3500.
There have been a few changes, but looks solid.
“1943 Willy’s MB, VIN# 266242, Date Of Issue 9/22/43
rebuilt 134 engine runs good
rebuilt T90 transmission
good original brakes
hand made aluminum top
4 Goodyear MTR radials
new exhaust system
lots of spare parts
current registration 2012 tags”
This has some old mini-teras. It also has a rear PTO. Looks like there is some value.
“1943 Willys pick up with PTO drive in rear. Motor did run when parked but does not run currently. Lots of parts. Some rust and dents but all there. $750 obo. 206-446-3190.”
Something seems a little odd with the hood.
“1948 Jeep CJ3, Runs and drives, with title, $3000 OBO, Call Frank at 520.975.8228”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2750.
This could use some restoration.
“1946 Willys Jeep # 54716. Clear Florida Title that matches body tag and front frame numbers. It has been garaged while in Florida since 2008. Last ran in 2009and was waiting to be restored. Motor ( 4 cylinder Flat Head) was reportedly rebuilt in the mid 1980s, all gears and drive train appear to be correct and properly operated. It has Lockout Front Hubs and electrical has been converted to 12 volts . It has typical old jeep rust ( some rust through) which can be repaired. Original type seat frames are in great shape but needs covered.
There is a lot of character in this 1946 mid-western Jeep ( I brought it down from Missouri) and would only be appreciated by someone that knows the value of old Jeeps and wants to be a owner of history.”
This is a nice truck.

This has some unusual features. This is the most ‘military’ CJ-3B I’ve seen.
“1959 high hood military Jeep. Not running. But won’t take alot to get it to run. Drew

(02/10/2011) Nice Jeep, but no WWII history here.
“Own a piece of WWII history with a slight twist. 1948 Willys Jeep, very healthy 283 / automatic, crawling suspension, Trans cooler, Headers and 650 Holley, Large Mickey’s great for snow plowing. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
(08/31/2009) It’s got some brake problems and sounds like a project.
“II have a 51 Willys. I have owned it for around 4 years and just have not got around to fixing it up like I would like. It has been under cover the whole time I have owned it to save it from the rust. I started on cleaning up the body, I grinded it down to metal on most parts and and sprayed rust fix and primer on it to help it. The inside has mostly surface rust but the floor board on the driver side will need replaced at some point. I put new intake mainifold, valve covers, fuel pump, and rebuilt the carb. The picture I have does not have the carb on the engine, but it is on now. I have an extra hood and fender. It does have stock axles under it. Like I said it has been awile since I have done anything with it. If you have any questions shoot me an email, text, or phone call. I’m asking 2500,”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $15,000.

“M38A1 Military Jeep, 4×4, 4 cylinder, 3 speed manual transmission, 2 stick transfer case, tires still hold air, has a snow plow installed. This Sunday is the annual Moonshiner’s Jeep Club Swap Meet. It will be held Sunday, March 13th 2011 at the Western Washington Fairgrounds, as usual. The event takes place from 9am – 4pm.
The swapmeet is open to the general public. Admission is $10, though children under 12 are free. You can learn more at the Moonshiner’s website.
The column shift has been converted and an F-head stuck into it, but otherwise looks in good shape.
“Vintage 1946 Jeep CJ2A. One owner since about 1947. Regularly serviced. Garaged for all of its life and not used for the past 25 years. Engine has been started regularly. First civilian model after WWII. Had shifter on steering column, but has been converted to a floor shift. Original flat head engine has also been replaced with the overhead valve four cylinder ‘hurricane’ engine. Large rear mounted PTO winch. Otherwise, most everything else is stock. In great shape with a ‘Koenig’ steel top. VERY little rust, if any? Repainted, upholstered and gone over mechanically in about 1956. Seats can use new upholstery. Carburetor rebuilt in 2006. Doesn’t burn oil or leak. Tires are all pretty good. Rims have a chrome ring on the rim. Everything works good. Runs great. Great for original restoration or drive it as is. Serious parties please E-mail to discuss price.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4500.
This looks solid. I can’t tell if it needs a paint job on the side or if that’s there by design.
“This jeep runs great. 51 Willys with a 327. Edelbrock intake and carb. Dana tranny & transfer case. rancho suspension. New Optima red top. new seats and new top. everything works. Fun to drive.”
No pics provided. The seller says they can stand on the side steps. It sounds like it’s a flattie of some type.
“1940’s Willys jeep frame, engine, trans, transfer case, and body. Has tailgate, missing windshield. In good shape tub not rusted out, can still stand on side steps.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $800
There’s some value here. The engine’s been rebuilt.
“FOR SALE: One Willys CJ-3A that just needs someone to finish it. This unit has the original tailgate, and the dash is almost original. The engine in the frame is a Chevy 4.3 V6 with zero miles on the rebuild. The brakes are new, and has a leaf spring lift with new shackles. The transmission is a T90 attached to a Dana 18 transfer case. The axles are serviced, and have 5:38 gear ratios. The registration is up to date (non-op) and Ca. smog is not needed. $800.00 OBO.”
UPDATE **SOLD** Was $4500.
