This a good example of someone who thinks everything old has some “BIG” VALUE”….I can’t see much here that would justify that kind of money…he might of ment he would pay $400 for someone to tow it off his land…not enough weight either to get that kind of money out of scrapping it. But that’s just my opinion…
I was told recently that the scrap value on the east coast is about $15/100lbs, as high as it has ever been. So maybe that explains the asking price.
