I really like that mini-jeep with the cool slat grill. I was into lawn mower racing before this flat fender addiction set in. Who knew I could combine those two passions!

    Hey Joe in Mesa-

If you want to build one of those mini Jeeps, I have an extra body that I would be willing to sell for what I paid for it. I built one of these on a John Deere lawnmower chassis a few years ago and thought I might build another one, but had other projects come along.

Thanks, Colin. I will give you a call. I’d may be interested in that mini jeep body and it’s always fun to compare notes, jeep-wise.

    Colin in Phoenix,

I have always thought about doing one of those mini Jeeps with a Deere chassis, I just haven’t seen anyone do it right… until now of course. I was going to rework my son’s Power Wheels Jeep body for an 80cc quad, but I am wondering if it will even be worth it in the end. I would love to get that other body from you (if Joe in Mesa hasn’t already swooped on it), but I have too much in my garage as it is, with my ’72 DJ-5B FrankenJeep conversion, and all.

I would like to know if there is a place that does those correctly, such as what you have, so that I may get one later on down the line.

    Thank you sir!

    -Jon

    Jon in Queen Creek-

Joe got some bad news over the weekend, the government shutdown hit the company he work(s,,ed) for and so he is currently not in a position to buy my mini Jeep. If you are interested, even though you have plenty of projects, I only want what I paid for it, which is about 2/3rds of what they are selling them for now. The body is made by Bemak in the Phillipines and is 1/2 scale, about 30 inches wide by 60 inches long.
