Probably a 1950 or later due to the rear wheel openings and front clip.
This is a custom sedan delivery because all Willys sedan delivery wagons have a “rounded” rear fender opening, even after 1949. Pre-50 Willys Wagons have a “rounded” fender opening, too. The rear barn doors could have been added. Or, possibly, the lower rear quarter panel was replaced with a “flat top” rear fender opening from a station wagon.
