Year? CJ-5 Hunting Project Mirando City, TX on eBay

The seller labels this a 1945 Military Jeep M-38. It looks more like a non-military CJ-5. Someone went all out with the deer blind mods! Definitely one-of-a-kind!

“Today we have for sale a Military Willys M38 Jeep that was converted and used as a deer blind for hunting in south Texas.

The engine was removed after an attempt to restore the jeep but it has been left unattended for a long time. Situations in the family changed that won’t allow this to happen.

Oh no my friend, down in Texas we see these all the time. there’s one down the street that has the wheel and petals extended through the roof of a 72 Bronco. Your sittin pretty, you drive, you hunt, just watch the turns. Many of the old Texas Hunters are being traded in for runners and side by sides. Where the H@##$$ is the fun in that! camouflage golfcarts with little chrome wheels and heated seats, Wussys! The deer are laughing at the city boys.
