That rear tires seems like it fits the rim oddly to me.

Did he just say “mint”… I’ll move on.
I think he meant that he’s selling a mint with a 52 jeep
I have seen a lot of “mint” retreads that look that way. .
Looks like the tire is to narrow for the rim
