UPDATE: **SOLD**
This includes a Warn overdrive.
“1950 Willy’s Jeep CJ3A. Fiberglass body, 225cid V6 engine, three speed std with aftermarket Warn overdrive. Twin stick transfer case. Late model CJ7 front end with disc brakes and steering box, column etc. Rear end is a narrowed Ford 9″ with 411 gears. Never off roaded as I didn’t get to changing the gears in the front end to match. Tires like new. Currently registered. Runs and drives nice.”
On the last photo on the back of the tub, it might just be me but is that a chrome water faucet between that outer chrome piece and what looks to be maybe a pintle? Odd what ever it is.
Might be sold, ad is deleted. Seemed it was a decent price.
Good catch, Brett. That did look like a faucet/tap. I was focused on whether it still has any tailgate and was thinking it might have a replacement tub. Hope it found a good home… looked solid for the price.
I bought it for $2800 and it has a Fiberglass tub and yes that was a faucet on the back. Has a lot of good additions to it with the narrowed 9″ rear and warn over drive. The 225 runs very well and the carb just needs to be cleaned up. It will be on the road by the end of this week.
