Welcome to eWillys.com, a website for vintage jeep enthusiasts. I update this website nearly every day with jeep deals, jeep history, interesting reader projects, jeep related info, and more.
These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example.
The links to posts below show jeeps grouped by models, condition, and other ways. Some of these jeeps are for sale and others have been sold. If you are unsure whether a vehicle is still for sale or not, email me at d [at] ewillys.com for more info.
There are plenty of interesting, unusual, historic and surprising stories related to Jeeps and their owners. In addition, some of these features have nothing to do with jeeps. This link will display all featured stories starting from the latest.
Looking for parts and not sure where to go? There are a variety of large and small new and used parts sellers both online and offline.
Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. So, tread carefully when purchasing a "project". If you have any concerns about buying a vintage jeep, or run across a scam, feel free to contact me for help, comments or concerns .

For that kind of money, you could get the real deal. The top is great, though.
Too bad about the V6, nice looking jeep, very unusual color choice, but looks good. Another side mounted axe with a nice method of securing it. The spare rim with no tire, recreates the early jeeps sold after WWII
It is amazing how many of these dam exports think the bow clips for storing the top bows are made for a ax holder and call the jeep restored…Phil in Mt
The spare tire bracket isn’t even mounted in the correct spot. Don’t like the bow holders painted a different color. Nice top
Can’t say I like the rims either, but someone did a nice job overall.
This jeep has a nice look but whats with all these jeeps with an axe in the top bow holders? By the way anybody out there have a vintage canvas top they would like to sell?
Morning Peter. There’s a company here called New Life Canvas. They specialize in canvas tops and accessories. Comparable to beachwood tops but a lot cheaper. I just ordered one for my high hood. The bows are made in Minnesota and not the cheap ones from md juan. Their website is http://www.newlifecanvas.com
Fellas, fellas! Those aren’t bow bracket holders. Look closer, they are actually axe holder brackets. Bow brackets might have not even belonged there, it is a ’48. It could be a “lefty”, which might explain why that spare wheel bracket is off a little. But nothing can explain why he put the tailgate stencil on the wrong side! And on both sides of lower cowls. And mid ’60’s cj5 wheels. Still like the top though…
Oh Todd, now you’re just being silly. I’ve never seen the stencils on the cowl before. Have to do research when restoring these jeeps
Thanks Chris for that tip. Last time i checked I think the Beachwood complete top early style was $3400 bucks!
I think the wheels are of a later vintage as well. The early CJ2 AgriJeeps had the spare tire mounted in almost the same location as this one does.
Is this still available 5082692888
Looks like it sold. I’ve updated the post.
