(007/27/2014) Nice looking CJ-3B.

Rare 1963 Willys Cj3b Jeep. 4 cyl. 3 spd w/ 4wd, in great condition and runs very well. Compression good on all cylinders and the valves have just been checked and adjusted. New paint, tires and summer top. also includes winter top. Drive it home and have a great summer. Needs nothing besides a emergency brake cable.”

    Wow! I love these late Gen 3b’s, but for this much they need to be spot on. There is some kind of dash repair, the tag is to high and to the left, plus a little wavy in the metal under it. It would be nice to see the rare fresh air heater complete with its defroster and although I like the tail lights, they need to be the hall style. This late of year wouldn’t have any “willys” stamping but there is something odd running along the inside of the fenders. Rats, no drain holes, strange weld seams on wheelhouse and bed and cj5 bezels around the headlights. There still is a lot of jeep there and I do like the trim rings on the wheels too!

    I agree, nice jeep. But you’re right bro…that much money demands more originality. The horn button is also wrong for the year, should be the large button. The dash is weird on this jeep. The speedometer studs are drilled through instead of mounted on back side and knobs aren’t positioned right. Could be a repro tub
