Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Thank you, John, for a trip down memory lane! This is a world class museum, and it’s obviously gotten much better than when I was stationed at WPAFB in scenic Dayton Ohio back in 1990-91. Now I want to go back and see it… especially after the FOURTH hangar opens in the Summer of 2016 (they only had 2 when I was there).
