Assuming like most sellers he’d take 60-70% of asking, this could have value… no?
Besides, it looks so Christmas-y with that snow and all 🙂
I checked on the title status and there isn’t one. The seller was holding pretty firm at this price. I couldn’t find that much value to justify it.
