Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
Runs, but needs a little work.
“I have here is a 47 willy cj2 with title! Run and drives but needs a oil pressure line and a brake lines and seats. Has a soft top and doors. The engine is from a later model OHV willy hurricane. Needs restored, new tub, paint etc. 1500 obo.”
I visited the Jeep today, and picking it up soon to use as a donor engine for the APU.
