Obviously someone who had never driven the car cut the steering wheel. I can imagine it would be rather difficult to make a 90 degree turn without crossing your arms before you began.
I guess the missing half of the steering wheel was ‘TOO MUCH TO LIST.’
A cheap fix for a broken wheel.
