(07/23/2016)The body looks in reasonably good shape.
“I have a 1947 CJ2A chassis with an aftermarket MB body. Jeep has been sitting outside for 15+ years. Body and frame are in exceptional shape despite this. Hood, windshield frame and grill have been kept inside and are perfect. Have some parts…see pics. Motor is locked up but not frozen, trans is as well. broke a spark plug also, again, see pics. Have paper work. Price is firm.”
MB body kit probably worth the asking price…front of frame looks like cj-3a to me….
I made a deal with the seller…finally a local jeep. Should be good for a rusted out mb I have.
