Looks like a carb sitting on top not EFI.
Does he say EFI or just electric fuel pump?

Might be an oversight on the seller’s part, but for the price, the text should be accurate.

It appears to me to be a throttle body. That would make it fuel injected.
The factory gears should be 5:38
I agree with Terry,it is throttle body fuel injected 2.8 v-6.It has been a while since they were built.
