The body might be MB, given the gas tank. No full floaters in the back. Probably a mix of parts.

Cj5 tub?
I looked at this again, but I’m still of the opinion it’s a military tub. If it were a CJ-5 tub the rear would have the lip around the edge. This was has a standard edge. But, the windshield mods kind of give it a CJ-5 look (and the windshield might be a CJ-5 setup, modified to fit the flattie).
I see what you mean about the earlier tub and gas well. But I would say they may have blended a 5 windshield area on down to where they bent the tub straight to to make a flat side. Anyway it looks weird to see early dash surrounded that way. Did you get my email on parkette?
