Looks like an M38 to me. Large gas cap, grill hinges, black out lights
It’s got the M-38 grill, but not he M-38 frame. The body does not have the cowl lid, so that is likely a replacement body. The lack of Willys on the hood suggests it is either a military hood or a replacement one. It looks to be a bit of a salad.
