(01/24/2019) The steps have some mods. The brake and clutch have unusual metal pieces welded onto them.

Those pedal ‘plates’ will keep the mud and snow from making the pedals slippery. They may have been fabricated from the ‘pedal’ of a pedal-powered sewing machine.
