Looks more like a m38. And maybe a model T steering wheel.
I guess it has a replacement m38 body?
Ah, see how it has the military depot maintenance supports welded on the top of the back of the jeep, either side of the tailgate? So at least the body is authentic antique military.
I was so fixated on the steering wheel I got the model wrong. For sure it’s an M-38.
The steering wheel looks like a Bell Auto Dirt Track steering wheel.
