Those white walls look like “PORTAWALLS,” trade name for white rubber inserts placed behind rim to convert black walls to white walls.
I don’t recognize that top, never seen one like that before, considering it’s not a sung fit, I think it is upholstery shop made.
Mike, I was wondering if it was a top from central or South America. However, given the amount of upholstery done through the jeep, you may well be right about the top.
