Brian spotted this nice looking, stock CJ-5.

“Very nice CJ5 4 cyl. 4wd. 3-spd. Have owned for more than 10 yrs and enjoyed by our family for summer time drives. Always stored indoors. Many improvements during ownership: new seals and fluid in front axle, fuel pump and hose assy, Firestone tires, exhaust manifold and muffler, leaf springs and shocks, battery, fan belt, etc. Heater works. Will not respond to “is it available”. This is a great vehicle to enjoy. if you are interested pls contact for more information.”

the picture above shows the last use of the word ” willys ” on jeep vehicles — this sticker was missing off my 67 cj-6 v-6 when i got it , but i found one on ebay — the paint and trim sticker was missing also , mainly because they mounted these right above the battery of cj’s and hydrogen gas eroded them — i figured out my paint code , it was a blue color called ” empire blue ” code 399 in 1967 — the trim code is unknown , it probably had the blue vinyl seats when new , they were not in the vehicle when i got it — i used seats from a 1970 jeepster , bostrom brand , and mounted them on the correct cj seat frames — these seats are interchangeable — i had them reupholstered with black vinyl — i’m not sure when this ” willys ” sticker disappeared from jeep vehicles , maybe when american motors took over in 1972 ? — the willys name disappeared off the tailgate on cj’s in may of 1963 — CIAO WILLYS !!

Nice looking jeep. good looking with the blue color and the white Whitco top. There is an abundant amount of seating, looks like room for 7, maybe more?
