Listed as a 1960, it appears later than that given the fenders and grille. The dashboard is about as minimalist as they get!

Those are reflectors. Those came in 1969.
Side marker lights came in 1970. Front fender has provision for marker light.
Parking lights are 1970.
Tailgate is pre ’70, note “Willys”.
Does seem to be a combination of parts from several years.

It does not have a flanged rear axle but does have bottom mount wipers and looks like single stick transfer case, so not sure what year. I guess 67, 68 maybe early 69 some debate on when the offset flanged 44 rear axle came out.
