“Cool Flat Fender, CJ2A, Big trencher, Double PTOs, 4 Cylinder, Beefed up frame, Very complete, Just Bought it a few months ago and was going to take the body off for my jeep project but can’t bring myself to disturb it’s completeness, may trade for a nice CJ of equal value!”

you suppose it’s sitting on a later CJ5 frame or something? The wheelbase looks too long for the body.

The body and engine look to be moved back several inches on the (early CJ5?) frame.
The forward position of the rear spring hangers have nothing connected to them.
Rear wheel arch is cut at the back corner for tire clearance.
It appears to have long tubular trailing arm for the rear axle. It’s either this or 4 inch dual exhaust.

Good points guys. I didn’t look at this one close enough.

note also that the front shock mounts are missing, but I believe I can make out the welds that were holding it in place.

It appears to me that a spring mount was welded upside down the driver side exhaust pipe. And, there is one upside down on the passenger side rear just below the spring mount on the frame (that is missing a spring as Blaine notes). I can’t tell what the heck is going on here.
