Mystery 4WD at Low Tide

Blaine shared this pic of a ‘mystery’ 4WD at low tide (I’m assuming in the PNW?). I don’t recognize it (and the bad, but improving eye, doesn’t help), but Blaine does. Can you guess it?

I’m guessing someone had a bad day before time and water turned this to rust.

Call me! When did you do a tour a duty in a F 18 to detach the retina Last time I saw that was Vince doing a Parachute deploy at summer Convention So violent he needed a Buckle to hold the eye, Ouch 3 years recovery,

The laws out there notwithstanding, that chassis might have been dumped because a junk yard wouldn’t take it without a title, and someone didn’t want to cut it up into 18″ pieces.

Dave, I hope this eye event wasn’t related to all the welding and grinding you had to do on the racer. I thought of that when you described pin holes. Hope you recover. Eyesight is so precious.

    Post office Jeep maybe?

Not long ago we had a car show itself again after being buried for years near the Peter Iredale shipwreck,

Tsunami related? I noticed the RHD too. They found a Harley on the PNW coast that was from Japan, after those big waves. Looks like a diesel, truck 2me.

It is Toyota FJ40. I haven’t figured out the engine but I do know it’s not the factory 2F. The answers on Facebook where this was found mostly sound like Australian accents.
