Looks like another but without the Muller. I’m sure it had to be the same shop doing them. Jim Sparks who that had mine before 1973 and Butch Blair who bought it in 73 both mentioned Charley Krikorian and Bill Arbuckle from Fresno doing these mods.

Yep, I think you are right about the snaps and Muller top. I missed that.
I actually own the frame from an original Muller top that I got from a reader outside of Clovis. I plan to rebuild one.
