Given it is also described as an “army jeep”, I suspect the seller isn’t very familiar with jeeps (nothing wrong with that).

What brand is that soft top? Can’t say I’ve seen one of that design.
Chris, I meant to point that top out. I didn’t recognize it either. It could be a custom top, maybe by a boat canvas maker. Or, it could be from Europe or South America.
